Hello Everyone,

I hope everyone enjoyed the 4th of July week/weekend!

Our speaker tomorrow is Ron Price.  Come learn about the health benefits of humor, fun and laughter.  He will try to leave you healthier than when you came. Ron is an author, motivational speaker and mediator (among other things).

Thank you to our speakers two weeks ago, Sam Todd, Team Sponsor Coordinator for Connie Mack Teams and Johnny Curry, the President of the Connie Mack World Series.    Connie Mack is July 26th thru August 3rd, with the parade on July 26th.  We learned so much about the history of Connie Mack, how much it means to the community, and many ways to support.  Kiwanis is excited to be a Team sponsor again this year!

We were so glad to see Bernadette last meeting and that she is doing well.  We have been sending thoughts and prayers!

Congratulations to Mike Foster for being inducted two weeks ago and our newest Kiwanis member.  We are glad to have him and please say hi when you see him next!

Congratulations to Paul for top sales for the Pancake Breakfast and he received an award from Summer as well as a gift card that he generously donated back for the social!

Lynne Harris with Zia Tech, along with Justin and John, attended our meeting two weeks ago.  Lynne with Zia Tech is interested in joining Kiwanis.  It will be great to have them join us!  Thomas Buoy from Basin Home Health invited them.

Big Brother Big Sisters Fundraiser is Bowl for Kids Sake Saturday July 13 at Bowlero Lanes.
