#KidsNeedKiwanis
The Farmington Rio Del Sol Kiwanis club is dedicated to serving the local community through various service and fundraising projects. We are part of Kiwanis International, an organization serving children in local communities for over 100 years.
We’d love for you to come join us at one of our meetings or a service project.
We meet every Thursday at Noon at No Worries Bar and Grill located at the Farmington Airport, Farmington, NM 87401. Bring your appetite and your energy as we discuss upcoming projects and hear from people in our community.
Help the Rio del Sol Kiwanis Foundation in Farmington support the children in need.
The Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
All donations are tax deductible.

Projects for Kids
Our club is actively involved in our community helping children in need. More can be found by clicking the Our Projects button below.
Kiwanis Clothes for Kids at Target provides $100/each for school clothes for approximately 300 children.
November each Year
Coats for Kids program provides hundreds of warm winter coats to San Juan County boys and girls.
November each Year
Scholastic Books for Kids program provides books for every child in a title 1 school in our district.
Kiwanis Shoes for Kids program provides new athletic shoes and socks to children attending Boys and Girls Clubs.

These might include foreclosure, divorce, or a house needing major repairs. The Cassels have lived in Farmington most of their lives, and love the community!

Jeanette Jacquez with Desert Sun; learn about Red Light Therapy and what it can do for you. Also known as LED light therapy, it is rapidly rising in popularity around the world! Many exclusive spas, resorts, skin care clinics, doctor’s offices, and high-end salons use this therapy. Even tanning salons are jumping on the bandwagon and offering red light therapy as a means to repair skin that has been damaged by tanning.
Carol Taulbee with Four Corners Conference for Professional Development. They will give a 5 minute overview about the A.I. conference happening at end of February.
