Hello Everyone,

Our speaker tomorrow is our own Joan Monninger, Executive Director of Aztec Museum. The Museum has several interesting programs planned for 2025 as well as the efforts to promote cultural tourism with the Four Corners Museum Network. You will have an opportunity to support the Aztec Museum by becoming a member. The Aztec Pioneer Village is provided by the Museum.

Many thanks to our speaker last week, Cody Cornoyer, owner of Hills Insurance. Cody and his wife, Audra, told us his story about facing his experience of survival, and comeback from MS. They told about going to Tijuana, Mexico for a stem cell therapy.

Monthly Board Meeting tomorrow immediately following luncheon meeting.

Forks and Corks is coming quickly!  You can really help with this fundraiser by donating gift cards (any you have laying around and aren’t using) towards the Gift Card Pulls. We are expecting a really large group to come to Kiwanis Forks and Corks.

Update on Kiwanis booth at the Chamber Booth to Booth Expo. We had a lot of foot traffic and gave out 50+flyers on Forks and Corks with many saying they are coming. We had some people say they are interested in learning more about and joining Kiwanis. FHS Key Club students came, wore the duck suit, and sold duck tickets. Many thanks to Chris Troyer for running over to the shed to get the duck suit. A big Thank You to the Kiwanians who came and worked our booth: Bernadette, Nikki, Chris, Lori, Laykenn, Jill and Paul.

Love is in the air!!!  Here’s some exciting news about one of our Kiwanis members!! Debbie Fentiman recently got engaged to Dave Oss and has a beautiful antique engagement ring. Their wedding is planned for September.

Invite a friend to join you at a Kiwanis luncheon, and hear our interesting speakers and visit with other club members. On April 17, Committee Chairs will share information about their programs and arranging for volunteers to volunteer with programs. Committee Chairs, please bring sign up sheets for volunteer names and contact info.

Members running for Board Positions were announced last week. You still have time to include your name if interested, if not, these members will be voted in by acclamation.
