Tina Pacheco, shared information about the Volunteer Incentive Program at recent Kiwanis luncheon. They encourage youth to serve in the community. VIP partners with local youth organizations, including athletic, academic, religious, and social groups, by donating $ per student per hour spent volunteering.  The youth organizations choose their own volunteer activity, complete the work, and then they are paid for the project.
