Our guest speaker for the 7/17 meeting was Daniel Webb, Deputy Administrator of the San Juan County Adult Detention Center.  He emphasized that the Detention Center staff can be considered first responders as they collaborate with other first responders. He stressed the need for hiring more staff. Tours of the facility can be arranged.
