Hello Everyone,

Our speaker tomorrow is Bernadine Beyale, 4 Corners K-9 Search and Rescue. Originating from a shared commitment to aiding families and law enforcement in locating lost or missing relatives on Native Tribal lands, the organization has evolved into a beacon of community service. Bernadine will share the story of how the team was founded and discuss its core mission and value and the role it plays in search and rescue efforts.

Tomorrow is Chamber Business After Hours at The Chili Pod from 5 to 7:30pm. Food, Fun, and Prizes.  Cost $5   Please come and meet new friends as Kiwanis is a Chamber member.  Hosted by the Manchester Agency.

Thank you to our speaker last week State Senator Steve Neville.  He had just returned from the 30 day Santa Fe Session and we appreciate all the information and updates.  Congratulations on his upcoming retirement at the end of 2024!

Rio del Sol Kiwanis had an opportunity to write a grant to NM Children’s Foundation for art supplies. Ms. Lodwick’s art class at Esperanza was the recipient of the grant. The student’s sure look happy with their new art supplies, that were delivered yesterday!! Many thanks to NM Children’s Foundation for this opportunity!!

Please keep these upcoming dates in mind. 

March 7th-Division 2 Lt. Governor, Maple Levine, will attend our Kiwanis meeting.  Joining her will be Past SW District Governor, Don Levine. Maple stated that our Kiwanis Club is the largest club in Division 2.  Yay!!!
