The Farmington Rio Del Sol Kiwanis club is dedicated to serving the local community through various service and fundraising projects. We are part of Kiwanis International, an organization serving children in local communities for over 100 years.
We’d love for you to come join us at one of our meetings or a service project.
We meet every Thursday at Noon at No Worries Bar and Grill located at the Farmington Airport, Farmington, NM 87401. Bring your appetite and your energy as we discuss upcoming projects and hear from people in our community.
Help the Rio del Sol Kiwanis Foundation in Farmington support the children in need.
The Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
All donations are tax deductible.

Projects for Kids
Our club is actively involved in our community helping children in need. More can be found by clicking the Our Projects button below.
Kiwanis Clothes for Kids at Target provides $100/each for school clothes for approximately 300 children.
November each Year
Coats for Kids program provides hundreds of warm winter coats to San Juan County boys and girls.
November each Year
Scholastic Books for Kids program provides books for every child in a title 1 school in our district.
Kiwanis Shoes for Kids program provides new athletic shoes and socks to children attending Boys and Girls Clubs.

Description
Luke Renner – Yo-Yo Master Performer Luke Renner has been featured in promotional campaigns for the Chinese company Magic Yoyo and has been performing with yo-yos for more than 30 years. Over the course of his career, he has opened for Freddie Fender, competed at the National Yo-Yo Contest in Las Vegas, and participated in International yo-yo competitions. During his presentation, Luke will share how he got started and showcase his incredible skills with live demonstrations. This promises to be a fun and entertaining program you won’t want to miss!

Scott Bird introducing Sandstone at San Juan Country Club! Sandstone is a new 55+ adult community just a short golf cart ride from San Juan Country Club in Farmington, New Mexico. A gated community consisting of two phases for a total of 53 lots. Seventeen local citizens funded this development, which has been over five years in the making.
