See poster above if you want to be a Host Family for Connie Mack baseball players. Lyle Love said they are still in need of several host families.
Sometime after the team arrives on July 23, our club will host a team dinner for players, coaches, host families, and Kiwanians. It will be a last minute get together as it is scheduled between games.
UPDATED NEWS ABOUT OUR MEMBERS:
Jordan Eckstein, Farmington High School Key Club Facility Advisor, got married this summer. CONGRATULATIONS JORDAN!
On another note: Christopher Rockwell has been promoted and has moved to Colorado. Crystal Birks is taking his place in Farmington and plans to start attending club meetings.
Tana McCall has had surgery on her eye—her 5th vitrectory—and is recovering. She said the gas bubble has to dissipate before she can start attending luncheons. Keep her in your prayers as this is really serious.

Candis Morales is now working with All Star T-Shirts and Trophies. Candis attended a couple of weeks ago and will be a joy to have at meetings.
Lots of changes happening. If you have information about members, please send it.

It is that time of year again! Whether you’re a newly elected club officer, a seasoned leader, or simply interested in learning more about Kiwanis, Southwest District Leadership Training is for you!
This training is designed to help club presidents, secretaries, treasurers, and membership chairs develop the knowledge and skills needed to lead successful, thriving clubs. Participants will learn best practices, discover new ideas, connect with fellow Kiwanians from across the district, and gain valuable resources to support their club’s growth and service impact.
If you are serving in a leadership role, attending is one of the best investments you can make in your club’s success. And even if you’re not an officer, you’re welcome to join us! Any Kiwanian interested in learning more about leadership, club operations, or membership growth will benefit from the experience.
Come learn, connect, and be inspired as we work together to build stronger clubs and stronger communities.
Classes will run nightly the week of July 13th. Each evening will begin at 6pm Arizona/7pm New Mexico & El Paso and will last between 1-1.5 hours depending on the office. We will train on one office each night according to the following schedule:

FROM OUR LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR, DEBORAH DAPSON:
Please encourage your incoming officers to attend training. Attending is one of the best investments they can make in your club’s success. And remember anyone is welcome to attend a CLE session, so you’re welcome to join us too! Actually, any Kiwanian interested in learning more about leadership, club operations, or membership growth will benefit from the experience.
The SW District Convention is in Albuquerque this year. Registration is now open! This is a good year to atted and less expensive as we don’t have to travel as far. Consider attending as it usually is held in Arizona and is so much closer this year.
Consider inviting a Friend to join you at Kiwanis and share with them what Kiwanis does for the children in our community!
