San Juan County Sheriff Shane Ferrari was our speaker on Jan 30. He recently took part in a conference in Santa Fe that was attended by the governor, legislators, and law enforcement officials from around the state. In his remarks he stressed that the group’s consensus is that there needs to be better legislation to fight crime in the state.
