Hank Adair, Farmington Utility Director – Farmington Electric, spoke before the May 15th meeting. He was pleased to announce the installation of two 18 mega watt gas reciprocating internal combustion engine generators, imported from Finland, at the Bluffview Power Plant. He also alluded to the difficulties in maneuvering through the power allocation market.
