Our speaker at the 9/11 meeting was Dr. Jason Lucas, orthopedic surgeon, who spoke about the oppressive medical malpractice situation in NM. This is causing physicians to leave the state and preventing others from coming here. He strongly suggested contacting your legislators to rectify this crisis.
